Help: Advanced AutoDJ Settings

Initial Size

When AutoDJ is activated.  It will make sure there are at least this many tracks in the queue to start.

Upcoming Tracks

AutoDJ will always make sure there are at least this amount of tracks preset after the currently playing track.

Selection Mode

Default track selection mode when no smart playlist or genre is used for AutoDJ.  All modes will prefer tracks that were not recently played.

  • Random - Will select tracks at random from the library.
  • Rating - Will select tracks with rating greater than or equal to the min rating value mentioned below
  • Recently Added - Will prefer tracks that were recently added.
  • Different Artists - Will attempt to not repeat the same artist until all artists have been played once.

Min Rating

Minimum rating used to select tracks in the Rating selection mode.

Rules

This is not actually an option, but a display to show what ruleset AutoDJ is using to select songs.
